All you need to do is sort your table before you select Publish to Jupyter --> Partial Table from the table menu. Depending on the last operation you applied to your table, the order Xcalar handles your rows, under the hood, can be different from the order displayed in the table.
Many of the rows can be those displayed in the table, but not all of them. Don't worry, Xcalar is not losing any of your data. Those were just the most easily accessible rows.
