Xcalar 1.2.3 includes the following new features and enhancements:
Jupyter Notebook Integration with Xcalar Data Platform
Jupyter Notebook is now packaged with Xcalar Data Platform. Users can now interactively analyze data present within the Xcalar tables and directly work with machine learning libraries that are accessible from Jupyter Notebook, such as scikit-learn and tensorflow.
Improved Dataset Functionality in Xcalar Design
In this release:
You can now import and export Apache Parquet data.
Note: Xcalar supports PyArrow version 0.7.1.
Datasets can now be deleted in bulk.
You no longer need to delete datasets separately. With the new dataset delete feature multiple datasets can be removed simultaneously.
Support Ticket Tracking Feature
You can now check the status of your support tickets from the File Support Ticket function from the Settings panel.
New Live Chat Feature
With Xcalar’s new Live Chat feature, answering your questions is only a text away.
